Concept & Assessment

If you’re thinking of building a sleepout or self-contained unit, we’ll come to you for a chat about your concept and an assessment of your property. It all depends on how much space you have on your section, what the land is like, and which council rules apply. From there, we may need to organise other checks – like a survey of the site, engineering reports, and drainage inspection.

Design & Consent

If your site is suitable, the next step is design and planning. We’ll work with you to create a plan that meets your needs – whether that means housing a teenager or relatives, or adding a completely self-contained dwelling for rental.
Council approvals and consents can get tricky, so we’ll deal with that side of things.

Construction & Compliance

Building is the next stage. Our team of certified builders will bring their years of experience to the project, making sure it’s completed to plan, to a high standard, and on time. When it’s finished, we’ll double check every detail and sort out the Code of Compliance so you can start using your new addition.
